Tim Doyle, President & CEO
Tim Doyle, owner of Doyle Build, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He built his company on the foundation of integrity and experience. As a professional builder and developer, he has been involved in every aspect of the construction and development process. Tim’s professional experience also includes positions as Vice President and Project Executive of a multi-million dollar residential and commercial construction company.
Tim excels at bringing the best out of his crews and subcontractors. As a leader and a visionary, Tim has a broad base for understanding the ever-changing construction industry.
Tim’s extensive portfolio includes residential development, residential subdivisions, major hotel renovations and hotel conversions, retail development and construction, professional buildings, and restaurant construction and development. He holds Major Contractor Licenses in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Amy Doyle, Creative & Operations Director
As the Creative and Operations Director, Amy is responsible for building a strong culture based on creative excellence and achievement of strategic objectives that reinforce Doyle Build’s foundation of integrity, safety and expertise.
Cultivating curiosity and empowering our clients, she believes no vision is too big to become reality. Her portfolio consists of a broad spectrum of design projects from restaurant and boutique spaces, hotel conversions and residential projects. Her unrelenting passion for excellence, limitless imagination, and ability to meet clients’ project criteria makes every project rewarding and impactful.
Piper Doyle, Business Development
Piper leads all strategic planning in the creation and implementation of Doyle Build's long term relationships with new and exisiting trade partners. She directly manages Doyle Build's potential growth areas and establishes and prepares our teams' goals and responsibilities.
Piper manages all outreach development. She works closely with architects, real estate and development professionals and serves as our company's direct lead in highlighting our proven record in the residential, commercial and development markets. She thoroughly enjoys fostering these relationships and drivng projects in all stages.
Sam Inthasit, Lead Project Manager
Sam oversees all phases of our construction projects. He is directly in charge of managing project schedules, budgets and acquisition of materials and trades in his leadership role. He is responsible for briefing all principles on the status of projects and updating the pipeline when maintaining our extensive project portfolio.
