Tim Doyle, President & CEO
Tim Doyle, Owner of Doyle Build, brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, having built the company on a foundation of integrity and expertise. As a seasoned builder and developer, he has been involved in every phase of the construction and development process, guiding projects with a comprehensive and hands-on approach.
Throughout his career, Tim has held leadership roles including Vice President and Project Executive at a multi-million dollar residential and commercial construction firm. He is known for his ability to bring out the best in his teams and trade partners, fostering a collaborative environment grounded in accountability and excellence.
Tim’s portfolio spans a wide range of projects, including residential developments and subdivisions, major hotel renovations and conversions, retail construction, professional buildings, and restaurant development. As a forward-thinking leader, he maintains a broad and evolving perspective on the construction industry, ensuring Doyle Build continues to grow and adapt. He holds Major Contractor Licenses in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
Amy Doyle, Creative & Operations Director
As Creative and Operations Director, Amy leads the development of a strong company culture rooted in creative excellence and the achievement of strategic objectives. She plays an integral role in reinforcing Doyle Build’s foundation of integrity, safety, and expertise across all projects and teams.
Amy brings a thoughtful and expansive approach to design, working across a diverse portfolio that includes restaurant and boutique spaces, hotel conversions, and residential projects. She is passionate about fostering curiosity and empowering clients, with the belief that no vision is too ambitious to realize. Through her commitment to excellence, imaginative perspective, and ability to align with each client’s goals, Amy ensures every project is both meaningful and impactful.
Piper Doyle, Business Development
Piper leads all strategic planning initiatives focused on cultivating and strengthening Doyle Build’s long-term relationships with both new and existing trade & client partners. She plays a key role in identifying and managing areas of potential growth while establishing clear goals and responsibilities across our teams.
In addition, Piper oversees all outreach and business development efforts. She works closely with architects, real estate professionals, and developers, serving as the company’s primary representative in showcasing Doyle Build’s proven track record across residential, commercial, and development sectors. Piper is passionate about building meaningful partnerships and is deeply engaged in driving projects forward at every stage.
Sam Inthasit, Lead Project Manager
Sam leads the oversight of all phases of our construction projects, ensuring consistency and excellence from initial planning through completion. He is directly responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and the coordination of materials and trade partners, supporting the successful execution of each build.
In addition, Sam provides regular updates to principals on project status and plays a key role in maintaining and advancing our project pipeline. He is deeply committed to delivering well-managed projects and supporting the continued growth of Doyle Build’s diverse portfolio.
